When and how did you first become interested in the Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME?
Got into the game as a kid, watching the show.
What’s your favorite format and why?
Tengu/Tour Guide Plants because even a few cards could result in so many different fields, and knowing your combos and figuring out the ideal play were extremely important skills.
What are your favorite cards and Decks?
Combo cards/decks like Sylvan and Mecha Phantom Beast
What do you know about YGO that the average player doesn’t?
I’d say I’m pretty good at making reads on backrows.
What is your greatest strength and weakness as a YGO player?
Strength – level headed throughout a match.
Weakness – reluctance to play what is considered the best deck.
What is your past experience with the deck? How do you prepare for your events; is there a lot of research, practice, Deck building and so on?
Test by deck building and playing lots of full matches.
What else will you be doing this weekend?
Plan to be in the main event all the way through but also enjoy the great Italian food and the nearby beach.
Anything else about the event, your deck, or the format you would like to share?
Infernity is probably the best deck for Worlds.
