How old are you and where are you from?
I’m 20 years old and live in Germany.
I’m working as an electronic engineer.
What are your previous YGO Achievements?
Top 32 YCS Berlin
When and how did you first become interested in the Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME?
Years and years ago, two of my cousins visited me. One had the Yugi Starter and the other the Kaiba Starter, so they basically explained the game to me.
What’s your favorite format and why?
I loved the first Dragon Ruler Format. You had to think a lot, and little mistakes could cost you the game.
What are your favorite cards and Decks?
I like the artwork of Gimmick Puppet Giant Grinder and Goddess of Whim. I also love the Fabled deck. That was the first deck I played when I started playing at locals. Wind-Up, D-Ruler and Mermail are also really cool decks.
How do you prepare for your events; is there a lot of research, practice, Deck building and so on?
I test a lot with friends and play on Dueling Network to learn new decks perfectly. But I’m bad at building decks. I usually want to play a lot of cards which aren’t that good in the end.
What else will you be doing this weekend?
I think only going to the sea, there’s not too much to do around here!
Anything else about the event, your deck, or the format you would like to share?
There a lot of decks that are good, and there aren’t very many broken decks like last year’s Dragon/Prophecy or 2012’s Inzektors.
Any last words to wrap this up?
Greetings to my team, The United Progammers!
